Art from Photo (Belvedere)

Let's try to emulate a painting technique for this photo.

I used the AKVIS plugins in PS: HDRFactory to improve the photo, then ArtWork (Oil Effect), and ArtSuite (Classic Frame).

You can download the original image and create your work of art! ;)

Which AKVIS Product did you use for this. Very interested to do something like this but I only have AKVIS Sketch and Photoshop

Airbrush Plugin and Photoshop
1. Background layer, 2. Airbrushed layer, and Lighten blend mode.
